- Work Not Started: 100% refund if work has not commenced on your project
- Partial Completion: Pro-rated refund based on the percentage of work completed
- Quality Issues: If the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications and revisions fail to resolve issues
- Missed Deadlines: If we fail to deliver by the agreed deadline without prior communication (excluding express services)
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Completed Services: Services that have been fully delivered and accepted
- Express Services: 48-hour rush services (due to the allocation of priority resources)
- Sample Edits: Free sample edits are complimentary and not eligible for refund
- Journal Submissions: We cannot refund journal submission fees paid to third parties
